Since the poor lived on the equivalent of one dollar a day, these caches of 100 days of ration, 100 days of gold and etcetera; were a Godsend and collecting these caches was a matter of living or dying. A propaganda campaign went out letting the "GYPAETUS " know of the coming windfall. Every monthon a random day and hour
, one hundred drones would leave the city limits with cargo to drop. The first to these drops would have claim. The additional obstacle was returning your spoils fifty plus miles.
