Her family is travelling with two skidoos and two Komatiks to hunt seals on the long weekend; I have been invited to come along. This would be my first experience of hunting /camping on the frozen Ocean with no trees. I wonder how we will hunt the seals; do they snare seals, like we did with rabbits in Good Hope? My father finally relents, extracting promises from me regarding listening to my elders and making sure that I cover my face and wear my snow goggles.
