The book interrogates the phenomenon of financial inclusionand exclusion in the Zimbabwean banking sector. The financial system should provide access to savings, credit, insurance among other services. The study discovered that there is in deed finacial exclusion especially to women and the youth. This was evident especially in terms of account ownership, access to credit and insurance.
