On a beautiful, quiet morning at sunrise, during the COVID lockdown on 14 July 2020, I woke with the birds singing God's praise. A fresh scent hung in the air as if Mother Nature was happy and smiling again. This date was especially significant as it was my late father's and brother's birthdate. It was like heaven came down to meet Mother Earth. The silence was strange to my ears and just hanging in the air. There was no sound of morning traffic or clouds of pollution hanging in the air. A soft, fresh breeze started floating around the trees touching and gently caressing the human body while whispering in your ear. It was like God's Spirit was floating on this breeze. It felt that God put everything on hold, and the Earth reached a complete standstill. It was as if God was saying, what have you done to my beautiful perfect Creation that you were to rule? I felt a wave of guilt coming over me. Maybe I should have paid closer attention to what was happening to this world and could have done more, but I felt helpless and insignificant. As the day progressed, I felt the closeness of the Holy Spirit. Suddenly, I felt this urgent need to read Jeremiah 30 about Israel's restoration. Every nation here on Earth has many problems and needs help, support and healing. Most of us are neglected, forsaken, and broken. We have many questions and so few answers. We need a Saviour like Jesus to give us hope, Peace and love. After I read and prayed, (Jeremiah 30:1-3, New International Version), stood out. I knew God called me to write down all the teachings I would receive from the Holy Spirit. This series was born out of obedience to the Lord, my God. With the guidance and inspiration of the Holy Spirit, I started writing these books. It is imperative to note that these issues or phrases are often mentioned throughout the Bible. I pray that each reader of this book will be filled with the Holy Spirit so they can learn and understand God's will. May your walk-in life be worthy of the Lord, lead you to do righteous works, and experience an increase in God's knowledge. May God strengthen you with all the might of God, according to the mighty power of God. May the Holy Spirit give you the endurance (patience) to bear all your trials without complaining. Only the power of God can allow us to do that with the temper of gentleness, love, and joyfulness in the days to come. May you be encouraged in heart and united in love knowing the full riches of complete understanding and the mystery of God; Christ holds all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
