☆Shows lots of lemon and vanilla, with hints of spice on the nose. Full-bodied, with medium sweetness and a concentrated, thick palate. Big and juicy for the vintage. Well done. Best after 2010.

☆The 2004 Chateau Nairac is closed and reticent on the nose with light pineapple and citrus peel scents. The palate is nicely rounded and viscous on the entry. There are light scents of orange peel and dried apricot and a touch of spice, leading to a linear finish not unlike the 2005 Nairac. There is a pleasant bitter note on the aftertaste that lingers in the mouth, finishing off a Nairac that exceeds my expectations.
