試飲会で、一番気に入ったワイン！です。 試飲会でとても気に入ったワインで、 昨年2022年の9月に予約し、 この素晴らしいワインを早くご紹介したくて、待ちに待って、ようやく入荷してまいりました。知らなかった！こんなに凄いワインがあったなんて・・・これは、凄い！奥も美しいカラーは赤紫心を揺さぶられる、妖艶な、凄い香は官能的。カシス、ブラックベリーの濃淳で凝縮したギッシリと目の詰まった分厚い香りは、スパイシーさ、エレガンスも備え、ソフトで厚みのあるタンニンは、キメが細かく、甘く、そして分厚い。ビターを含みながら、エレガンスを損なわないように、青さを加え、この8％のカベルネ・フランがエッセンスとなり、それが奥行きと複雑さをグッと増しております。実に滑らか、噛み締めるような厚みのある液体は凄く濃淳、凄いボリュームなのに、素晴らしくエレガント！素晴らしいバランスです。ここが凄いところです。そして絡みつくような分厚いタンニンはとってもソフトで、いつまでも続くミネラル感のある余韻、もう堪りません。試飲会では、1周回って2回目を確認。改めて、これは凄い。色々な温度で楽しめる。何か特別なお肉が手に入った時、楽しみたい。後、数年すれば、途轍もないワインへと開花する事でしょう。 魅惑的なバラの香りに加え、チェリー、カシス、ベーキングスパイス、焼きたてのパイ生地を感じさせる深みのあるアロマ。繊細かつフレッシュな味わいで、ブルーベリー、ブラックベリー、ドライハーブのニュアンスも感じます。酸と果実味のバランスが良く、上質なタンニンがダスティーなカカオのテクスチャーと長く滑らかな余韻を生み出します。 地方：カリフォルニア 原産地呼称：ラザフォードAVA品種：カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン主体、プティ・ヴェルド、カベルネ・フラン醸造：堆積した砂利と粘土石灰岩に覆われた古い火山性土壌。フレンチオーク(新樽82％)で22ヶ月熟成。 ≪パーカーポイント 98＋点！≫2018 Bella Oaks ・ Proprietary Red WineRating：98+Release Price：NADrink Date：2024 - 2050Reviewed by：Lisa Perrotti-BrownIssue Date：30th Jan 2021Source：End of January 2021, The Wine Advocate The 2018 Proprietary Red Wine is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, it slips slowly, sensuously out of the glass with expanding notions of blackcurrant pastilles, fresh, ripe blackberries and preserved black cherries with suggestions of iron ore, garrigue and dusty soil plus a waft of black olives. The full-bodied palate is tightly coiled with tons of black fruit and earthy layers supported by firm, finely grained tannins and bags of freshness, finishing long and mineral laced. A highly energetic wine with an amazing array of bright sparks—this is an absolute jaw-dropper! While the Bella Oaks vineyard in Rutherford has a lot of history, formerly selling fruit to famous wineries such as Heitz and Staglin, it is only now being launched as a producer in its own right. Since acquiring the vineyard in 2010, Suzanne Deal Booth has set about rehabilitating the vineyard with the help of David Abreu. More recently, Nigel Kinsman—winemaker at Accendo and his own Kinsman Eades label—has come on board as winemaker with Michel Rolland consulting. Talk about a dream team! While I tasted some very promising 2017 barrel-sample components last year, this 2018 in bottle truly launches the new face of this vineyard treasure straight into stardom. Production is still tiny at this stage—only 324 cases of the 2018—but with new plantings in the pipeline, it could be well worth getting on board when this is released in Fall 2021 and staying on board!
