The SPIDI Carbo 7 is the latest version of the highly-technicalCarbo-series competition gloves that are trusted by professionalracers at the top levels of motorsport worldwide thanks to theirLevel 1 EN 13594:2015 KP CE Certification. Each glove has a 0.6mmto 0.8mm goat leather chassis，prized for its lightweight andextreme abrasion and puncture resistance. Carbon fiber armor isfitted over both knuckles，and the gloves have high-density paddingon the palm，the back of the hand，and the side of the hand. TheCarbo 7 has a heavy duty wrist retention strap to keep them firmlyin place，and they have a series of holes punched into the leatherin key areas to offer excellent airflow. SPIDI offer the glove insizes ranging from S to 3XL and in four colorways.
Technology
MATERIALS LeatherSPIDI was born in the most important district for leatherprocessing. Tanning in the Chiampo Valley boasts roots in thefifteenth century，when farmers themselves began to tan and sellleathers. The beginning of the industrial process of tanning can bedated to the ’800s; it’s towards the middle of the twentiethcentury that the art of tanning invades the whole valley，thanks tothe electromechanical development，and counting now over 700factories in that industry. Almost six hundred years oftradition，innovation and research allow SPIDI using the finestleathers from around the world，wisely worked in this district innorthern Italy，where tanning handed down for generations and wherethe common goal is to continue to refine the tanning process ofleathers that will then be used in a variety of categories，suchautomotive，footwear，clothing and more. Spidi benefited from thisamazing know-how to create the quality standards of leathers usedin the motorcycle world.
